Do gift cards expire?
No. Joy Magnified gift card balances do not expire and can be redeemed at any time.
Does the free shipping benefit expire?
Yes. Each gift card includes a free-shipping code with its own expiration date. This ensures your recipient always has everything they need to redeem the full gift pack. The expiration date is included in the email that accompanies the gift card.
Can I send the gift card directly to someone else?
Yes. When purchasing the gift card, you can check the “Send as a gift” box.
You’ll be asked to enter the recipient’s name, email, and a personal message. Shopify will deliver the digital gift card directly to them on your behalf.
If you prefer, you can also send it to yourself first and then forward or print it for gifting.
Can I print my gift card to include in a greeting card?
Yes. The email you receive contains everything you need to print the gift card details. Perfect for last-minute or in-person gifting.
